Job Description
Quality Plaza Inn seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Candidate should have 2–3 years supervisory experience in hospitality operations, strong leadership to motivate teams, critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure, and excellent customer service and complaint handling. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS is a plus. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Full-time, in-person position. Pay: Php15,00–Php16,00 per month.
