Job Description
Join Sapient Global Services as a Chat Support & Back Office Associate. Full-time, on-site role with competitive pay up to Php30,00/month, HMO from day one, 13th month, performance bonuses, flexible schedule, paid training and promotion opportunities. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, update records, perform basic troubleshooting, and support team collaboration. Open to high school graduates and fresh graduates; prior experience is a plus. Must be amenable to an on-site interview and able to work day or night 8-hour shifts.
