Job Description
Join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Associate responsible for coordinating inventory, processing orders, liaising with vendors and logistics partners, and supporting demand planning to ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor KPIs, resolve shipment issues, maintain accurate records, and assist continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in English. A problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities in operations and supply chain management.
