Job Description
Own HORECA revenue and growth. Lead account managers; build senior relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers and convenience operators. Partner with Supply Chain on cold‑chain for short‑life SKUs. Deliver gross‑margin targets, maintain 12–18 month pipeline and monthly forecasts; coach team; manage key accounts and JBPs; drive menu applications, sampling and promotions with Marketing; ensure Warehouse/Logistics excellence; maintain CRM visibility and reporting. Requirements: 5–8 years Foodservice/B2B sales with 2+ years leading; HORECA network; chilled dairy/beverage preferred; data‑driven, organized; full‑time, in‑person.
