Job Description
DForce Operations Center, Inc., based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, seeks an English Skills Coach – Client Communication. You will design onboarding and ongoing training, evaluate performance, develop curricula and materials, run workshops, monitor learning outcomes, research teaching methods, and collaborate with management to address training needs. Full-time, on-site role with salary from Php35,00/month; benefits include health and life insurance. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years as an English Trainer/Coach in BPO, and fluent English. Must reliably commute or relocate to Pasig.
