Job Description
We seek a Vice President to lead our Asset Servicing Corporate Actions function, ensuring timely and accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent client communication.
You will manage a high-performing team, oversee the full corporate actions lifecycle, implement control frameworks, drive process improvements, and collaborate with operations, legal and relationship teams.
Requirements: 8+ years in corporate actions or asset servicing, proven leadership, strong risk and controls experience, excellent stakeholder management, and knowledge of industry platforms and securities workflows.
