Job Description
Male candidates. Hotel Gracelane seeks a Front Office Associate. Education: degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related; college-level with hotel experience considered. Experience: fresh graduates welcome; front desk/customer service experience an advantage. Skills: excellent English and Filipino communication; strong customer service; basic MS Office and email; PMS knowledge a plus; organized, detail-oriented, able to handle guest concerns and multitask under pressure. Personal: pleasant, professional, honest, patient, reliable; willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Physical: fit, presentable, must pass pre-employment requirements. Job Type: Full-time.
