Job Description
We are hiring a Backoffice Support (Non-Voice) to manage administrative and operational tasks behind the scenes. Responsibilities include data entry, document processing, email/chat correspondence, order and case management, record maintenance, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, attention to detail, good written English, the ability to prioritize, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems. Minimum education: high school or diploma; 1+ year experience preferred. Flexible weekdays; remote or office-based as specified.
