Job Description
Afni, Inc. seeks a Workforce Scheduler to match staffing and schedules to client needs, run and distribute reports (billables, availability, absenteeism, adherence), monitor intraday, reconcile Kronos/TCS, enter new hires, process shift bids, and train hires on scheduling and RTO. Requires 1+ year BPO WFM experience, familiarity with resource tools (Aspect eWFM a plus), Excel/Office proficiency, strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage shifting priorities. Hybrid role in Commonwealth, QC; available ASAP.
