Job Description
Field Collector responsible for conducting field visits to collect overdue payments, locate and repossess company assets, deliver notices, negotiate settlements, assess payment ability, coordinate legal action, perform skip tracing, maintain accurate records, safeguard repossessed items, report daily activities, and liaise with tele-collection specialists. Full-time permanent role, pay from Php15,00/month. Benefits include company events, fuel discount, health and life insurance, promotion opportunities and pathway to permanent employment. Willingness to travel approximately 25%. Work location: on the road. Must follow company policies and legal repossession guidelines.
