Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Shift Leader manages daily store operations during their shift, supervising crew, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash, scheduling, resolving issues, and maintaining store standards (cleanliness, inventory) to meet targets, acting as a bridge between staff and upper management for smooth, efficient store flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, ensure efficient workflow, meet production/sales goals, and manage inventory/supplies.
- Team Leadership: Create shift schedules, delegate duties, train staff, monitor performance, handle no-shows/disciplinary issues, and motivate the team.
- Customer Service: Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, balance tills, and prepare deposits.
- Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and company policy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BSBA or any related 4-year course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- College level applicants with relevant management or supervisory experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and with high integrity.
- Willing to work flexible or shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php16,500.00 per month
