Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Executive with strong expertise in financial planning, governance, and operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets, ideally with exposure to luxury and consumer goods industries. The role requires proficiency in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external accounting partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day financial operations: Handle data encoding, invoice management, and preparation of payment vouchers.
  • Banking transactions: Perform regular bank runs, deposits, and reconciliations — proximity to BGC is important.
  • Payroll administration: Compute and process salaries, government contributions (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and withholding taxes.
  • Bookkeeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable/payable, monitor supplier payments, and support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure timely filing of BIR forms and maintain compliance with SEC and LGU requirements.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in budget planning (FY 2025 and 5-year projections) and provide financial insights for management decisions.
  • Chart of Accounts management: Maintain and regularly review structure for accuracy and alignment with reporting needs.
  • Vendor management: Oversee supplier relationships, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with vendors to resolve billing or payment concerns.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with external auditors, accounting firms, and government agencies. Collaborate with sales teams to reconcile collections and support customer satisfaction.
  • ERP support: Provide assistance with ERP system implementation and use (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

  • min Diploma in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in consumer goods or consulting industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, labor compliance, and regional regulations.
  • Skilled in day-to-day accounting operations, payroll processing, and invoice management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and financial software.
  • ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to work onsite in/near BGC to accommodate regular banking and government transactions.
