About the role

Direction is seeking a talented Bookkeeper and Admin superstar to join our team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in data entry and assistance with regulatory reports for our Australian client. The role also entails administrative tasks for the business. This is a full-time, WORK FROM OFFICE position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Data Entry for our Small Business Client, including Payroll Processing
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Performing reconciliations, processing and reviewing data to maintain the integrity of financial records
  • Assisting with the preparation of Business Activity Statements and other regulatory documents
  • Providing administrative support to our client’s management team

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Bookkeeper. You will go to the front of the candidate list if you have experience working with an Australian business already.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software as well as spreadsheet applications
  • Advanced Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience.
  • Payroll Preparation experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
