About the role
Direction is seeking a talented Bookkeeper and Admin superstar to join our team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in data entry and assistance with regulatory reports for our Australian client. The role also entails administrative tasks for the business. This is a full-time, WORK FROM OFFICE position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
What you’ll be doing
- Data Entry for our Small Business Client, including Payroll Processing
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Performing reconciliations, processing and reviewing data to maintain the integrity of financial records
- Assisting with the preparation of Business Activity Statements and other regulatory documents
- Providing administrative support to our client’s management team
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 12 months of experience as a Bookkeeper. You will go to the front of the candidate list if you have experience working with an Australian business already.
- Proficiency in using accounting software as well as spreadsheet applications
- Advanced Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience.
- Payroll Preparation experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
