About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently on construction or industrial sites.

This role requires precision, focus, and teamwork to ensure that all lifting operations are executed according to safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Crane: Safely and efficiently operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at job sites.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections of cranes, cables, and components.
• Set Up Equipment: Assemble and set up cranes according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper stabilization with outrigger pads and supports.
• Coordinate with Crew: Communicate effectively with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors using hand signals or radios to ensure precise and safe load placement.
• Interpret Plans: Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and technical drawings to determine appropriate equipment setup and load handling requirements.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and cleaning to keep equipment in safe working condition.
• Monitor Conditions: Continuously observe site and weather conditions to maintain safe crane operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience operating mobile cranes or similar heavy equipment
• TESDA certification or equivalent license as a Crane Operator (required)
• Strong understanding of load charts, rigging techniques, and safety protocols
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and industrial environments
• Excellent coordination, communication, and situational awareness
