Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and support front staff, including servers and cashiers, during daily operations.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
- Monitor cashier transactions, handle voids and discounts, and ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reports.
- Oversee dining area cleanliness, table setup, and customer seating flow.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and order accuracy.
- Assist in inventory monitoring of dining supplies and condiments.
- Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a High School Graduate (Hospitality, Business, or related training preferred).
- Proven experience in supervising operations, preferably in a restaurant or fast-food setting.
- Strong knowledge of customer service, POS/cashiering procedures, and team supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
