Job Description
- Execute direction and sales strategies relative to volume shopping to achieve or improve sales targets.
- Monitors and analyzes sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.
- Attends and ensures that large account transactions are handled well.
- Attends to customer complaints with the direction of promoting goodwill.
- Ensures that all large merchandise for pick up are prepared and properly tagged.
- Coordinated closely with the Buying department to ensure full stock of fast selling items and to avoid stock out of merchandise.
- Makes recommendation on items and promotional events.
- Prepares sales report.
- Conducts periodic canvassing or competitor’s price check and submits these to the Sales Manager.
- Conducts splinter meeting for closing shift stockers and operators.
- Assists Store Managers plan strategies on how to lower inventories due to over stocks.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior of the Duty Manager.
