Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The customer service associate (CSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or face to face interactions. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with customers both external and internal. the CSA connects the sales team to the support group such as warehouse, logistics, production, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges efficiently and accurately. Help customers navigate the ordering process and resolve any issues or discrepancies with their orders
- Handle customer complaints and investigate issues thoroughly
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer service operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Identifying customer needs and offering proactive solutions to improve their experience.
- Working with other team members, including sales or technical support, to address customer needs.
- Establishing rapport with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing. or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
- With construction industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in computer applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php13,500.00 per month
