Job Description
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Min 2 years experience in Marketing, Manpower/Outsourcing Procurement or a similar role, preferably gained within the FMCG, food manufacturing or QSR sectors.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 4. Skilled in Sourcing, Vendor Negotiation and Contract Management.
5. Understand labor laws, outsourcing compliance, and supplier risk.
