Job Description – International Sales Representative (SEA & ANZ)

Location: Manila, Philippines

Department: Regional Sales Office SEA & ANZ

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

ADDASOUND is a global professional headset and communication solutions provider delivering high-quality audio products for contact centers, offices, education, UC/C platforms, and hybrid working environments. We are expanding rapidly in Southeast Asia and the Australia & New Zealand region, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven International Sales Representative to accelerate our growth.

Role Overview

The International Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, acquiring distributors and channel partners, expanding market presence, and achieving regional revenue goals. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, strategic planning capability, and the ability to build long-term relationships and execute market-growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, resellers, and channel partners across Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy and annual/quarterly business plans to achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close commercial deals.
  • Explore new verticals such as BPO/contact center, enterprise, government, education, telecom/UC/C, and retail.

Market Expansion & Brand Awareness

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscape, pricing, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and expand sales pipelines to support continued revenue growth.
  • Increase brand visibility and product adoption through marketing activities, events, and partner enablement initiatives.
  • Support execution of local marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and webinars in cooperation with the marketing team.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high partner satisfaction and performance.
  • Conduct product presentations, sales training, demos, and negotiations.
  • Forecast sales performance and report on progress, opportunities, and risks.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams: Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Technical Support.
  • Prepare business reviews, pipeline updates, and sales reporting to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT peripherals, UC headset, consumer electronics, or audio communication solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and winning new channel partners and achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and channel sales models.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong planning and execution capability.
  • Willingness to travel in the region when needed.
  • English proficiency required
