Position: Livestream Host

Department: TSP (TikTok Shop Partner) Department

Work Location: Muntinlupa (Onsite)

Main Responsibilities:

• Hosts live selling sessions across multiple eCommerce and social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok.
• Acts as the on-camera talent and main product presenter for assigned brands and campaigns.
• Engages with customers in real time by responding to inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, payment processes, and shipping.
• Promotes and sells products effectively to help achieve livestream sales targets and KPIs.
• Studies and masters product features, benefits, and key selling points prior to each livestream.
• Ensures readiness before each broadcast, including familiarity with scripts, shot flow, and run-throughs.
• Works closely with the production and operations team to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Monitors audience engagement and adjusts selling strategies in real time to increase conversions.
• Participates in short-form video content, skits, and photo/video shoots as on-camera talent.
• Supports behind-the-scenes operations when needed, including assisting with set preparation and asset checking.
• Reports any issues encountered during livestreams to the team in real time.
• Gains continuous coaching and training to improve hosting, selling, and engagement performance.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Head or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates and senior high school graduates.
• Experience in hard selling, retail, mall sales, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
• Confident, energetic, and camera-ready personality.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage and entertain a live online audience.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
• Passion for livestream selling, eCommerce, and digital trends is a plus.
