Job Description

The Dining Staff ensures a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing excellent service that reflects the Makimura Ramen brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes according to company standards and timing.
• Provide menu knowledge and answer guest questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service stations, and the overall dining area.
• Manage payments, handle receipts, and operate the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold Makimura Ramen’s service quality and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and good customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous experience as a server, cashier, or dining attendant.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or ramen dishes.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
