Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls
• Strong Knowledge of BIR Compliance .
• Proficient in accounting systems/software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to review and analyze financial records for accuracy and compliance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Can work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
