Job Description

Gifted.PH is a leading personalized electronic gift certificate platform in the Philippines established since 2014 with over 300 brands nationwide. Gifted’s sales channels span across 300 companies and 200,00 employees in the Philippines and internationally. We are looking for a talented and hardworking professional to join our growing team. This person will manage any of the following areas:

Main Responsibilites (General):

Provides Order Fulfillment and Logistics support in preparing goods and documents for pickup or delivery

Sales Support: Provides sales support in the form of preparing quotations, billing statements and end to end sales support work

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management: Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable through invoicing, payments, Paypal and bank transfers. Preparation of official receipts. Ensures all records pertaining to this is accurate

Customer Service: Answers consumers’ questions via email and phone, and updates the FAQ online

Other Responsibilities

Web admin portal management: Manages the web admin portal in terms of administrative activities such as adding new merchants, updating merchant profiles, updating general website info, minor content and image modifications

Inventory Management: Supports the re-ordering of new product and supplies inventory. Keeps inventory at stock at minimum level and above at all times. Updates inventory records.

Logistics and Delivery: Manages the delivery logistics of sending items to customers via courier

Provides general management support to the company across various activities in Marketing, Sales, Operations or Accounting

Qualifications of Applicant:College Graduate or College Intern from a top-tiered school

Fluent in English

Very savvy with MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and experience using web based tools and portals

Excellent communicator, both written and verbally. Fluent in English. Excellent in communicating and influencing all walks of life, whether juniors, seniors or peers.

Prior marketing or sales experience desired

Excellent work ethic. Reliable, prompt, trustworthy, transparent, collaborative, humble, very organized, demonstrates sense of urgency in fast paced environment and has high integrity

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills

Has demonstrated leadership skills, sense of ownership and accountability

Creative and resourceful in coming up with solutions
