Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales and Administrative Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of sales, documentation, and back-office operations for the company. This position involves managing customer transactions, assisting in local sales documentation, handling inquiries, and performing light accounting tasks related to payables, receivables, and reporting of issued receipts. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of balancing multiple roles in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update the client database and sales records accurately.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and achieving monthly targets.
- Support the sales team in preparing product presentations, proposals, and trade materials.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via email, phone, or social media.
Administrative and Logistics Support
- Maintain and organize company files, purchase orders, and correspondences.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse for delivery scheduling and stock movement.
- Assist in import and local shipment documentation as needed.
- Manage office supplies requisition and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
Accounting Support (Minor)
- Record and report all issued receipts to the company accountant on a timely basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections and payment confirmations.
- Track accounts payable and facilitate disbursements or reimbursements under supervision.
- Assist in reconciling simple sales and expense reports for submission to accounting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, receipts, and vouchers.
Customer Relations
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for product or service improvement.
- Represent the company’s professionalism, integrity, and “Love & Share” service philosophy in every interaction.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
