Job Description
- Actively promoting Shop Installment Loan product to retail customers at merchant partner locations
- Actively promoting Shop Installment Loan on social media following social media guidelines.
- Subject-Matter Expert level familiarity with Shop Installment Loan.
- Continuously learning/updating new products and processes.
- To verify, authenticate and validate documents that will be submitted thru digital banking app.
- Assist and guide customers in onboarding to digital banking app.
- Assist and guide customers in applying for any of loan products in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Continuous good cooperation with store staff, and good compliance with regulations of the merchant partner.
- Assist in fulfilling its sales plans.
- Working hours dependent and merchant partner guidelines (6 days/week + attendance during critical workdays).
- Maintain good image at the store level.
- Preserve and protect any and all equipment/collateral supplied.
- Support policies on mitigating operational risk and fraud at the store level as dictated policies.
