Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor all interactions to ensure accuracy of outputs
- Coordinate and facilitate call calibration and training sessions with vendor Quality Assurance partners
- Train and certify new Internal Quality Analysts (IQAs) or Vendor Quality Analysts (VQAs)
- Publish quality trends, feedback, and improvement/enhancement reports
- Deal tactfully and courteously with clients
- Produce quality reports and dashboards such as TNI, Pareto, etc.
- Drive process improvement and ensure process compliance
- Align quality and RCA initiatives with CSAT targets (Vendor QA results)
- Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives within the program
What We’re Looking For
- Prior BPO quality assurance experience in Spanish bilingual programs is highly preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (Spanish language certification is a strong advantage)
- Familiarity with Spanish cultural norms; experience living in a Spanish-speaking country is preferred
- Live customer support experience for users in a Spanish-speaking country is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules depending on business needs
- Willingness to work full onsite in either BGC or McKinley, Taguig
- Openness to project-based employment with yearly renewal depending on individual performance and client needs
