Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and billing processes
• Process supplier invoices and handle data entry
• Maintain and update customer and supplier account records
• Keep company registers and documentation up to date
• Support month-end accounting and reporting activities
• Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or administrative support
• Experience using MYOB Advanced is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills for liaising with customers and suppliers
• Australian accounting experience is advantageous but not essential
