Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Technical requirements documentation
- Collaboration with stakeholders in discussing business and technical requirements for software solutions.
- Create and update technical documentation for the consumption and technical direction of the company’s software delivery team.
- Analyze system requirements
- Perform thorough analysis of the current technical state of the software systems built and being supported by the company.
- Make recommendations to the business and technology stakeholders of the company on the technical direction of the solutions to be implemented by the company’s software delivery team/s.
- Project management
- Work closely with the delivery team and other technical analysts to ensure all members of the team are aligned with the technical direction and specifications.
- Track changes in the business requirements
- Process improvement
- Identify possible improvements in the technical design approach
- Help come up with repeatable, scalable, maintainable technical standards on:
- Software Development
- Database Development
- System Infrastructure
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Professional Skills Required
- Must have at least 2 years working in a Software Development company that practices Agile Software Development Frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, XP, others
- Must have at least 1 year working directly with business and technology stakeholders specifically on discussing and defining the technical direction and requirements of software solutions
- Must have at least 1 year of experience with team-wide discussions of technical direction and detailed technical requirements either as a leader or as part of the audience
- Must have intermediate experience in system diagramming and modeling using any whiteboard tool such as Miro, Lucid, Visio and alike
- Must be familiar using project documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Word, and alike
Plus Skills:
- Some experience developing with C# – .NET Core with relevant knowledge on how the web works
- Knowledge developing with REST API design and general Web API development
- Knowledge about how to write clean code while applying both functional and object-oriented programming patterns to day-to-day software development work
- Knowledge in database design and SQL – relational databases
- Some knowledge on DevOps concepts, standards and practices
