Job Description
Job Summary
The Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s growth initiatives by handling marketing execution, partner and supplier coordination, communications, and event support. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders—such as sponsors, suppliers, venues, and partners—to ensure smooth coordination, clear messaging, and timely delivery of marketing and partnership activities.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining marketing, communications, business development support, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels
- Write and edit marketing copy, proposals, decks, emails, and basic sales or partnership materials
- Coordinate content schedules, promotional timelines, and marketing deliverables
- Support brand consistency across all communications and materials
Partnerships, Sponsors & Suppliers
- Assist in identifying, searching for, and coordinating with potential sponsors, partners, and suppliers
- Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and follow-up communications
- Schedule calls, meetings, and presentations with external stakeholders
- Maintain an organized database of partners, suppliers, and contacts
- Support negotiations by preparing comparison sheets, summaries, and documentation
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Handle outbound and inbound calls related to marketing, partnerships, and events
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, and task timelines across internal and external parties
- Track progress of marketing activities, proposals, and partnership discussions
- Assist in procurement-related coordination with suppliers (quotations, timelines, deliverables)
Events & Activations Support
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, activations, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, speakers, sponsors, and internal teams
- Help manage event logistics, materials, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
- Support on-site execution during events when required
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare basic reports on marketing activities, partnerships, and events
- Keep records, files, and trackers organized and up to date
- Perform other related tasks that support marketing, communications, and partnerships

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, partnerships, events, or coordination roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and coordinating with external stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in basic productivity and designer tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on cross-functional responsibilities
