Position Overview

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team onsite in West Rembo, Taguig. This role is responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in outbound and inbound appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and outreach to prospective clients
• Qualify leads based on company criteria and client needs
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms as needed
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style at all times

Required Qualifications

• No experience required (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
• Ability to work onsite in West Rembo, Taguig

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Experience setting appointments for B2B/B2C services
• Familiarity with lead generation and sales funnels
