Job Description
Job Title: Systems Access – Management and Administration (IAM Administrator)
Location: Onsite – SM North Edsa, Tower 1
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Timezone
Overview
The Systems Access – Management and Administration (IAM Administrator) role is responsible for managing credentials for client systems and supported platforms. This position supports general office and system access functions, including processing user credential resets, tracking access requests, and building reports to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers while supporting business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including attending meetings and collaborating with team members on assigned responsibilities.
- Process requests for user credential resets, including passwords and system access updates.
- Track and manage access-related requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain reporting on access requests to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and provide job progress and status reporting.
- Update leadership on schedule issues, risks, or service impacts.
- Work in tandem with managers across projects to develop, define, and implement processes.
- Review project deliverables and system-related outputs for accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to prepare for workload and maintain effective working relationships.
- Support forecasting, scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance activities related to system access and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or training in a role performing general office duties and system access support.
- Experience processing user credential resets and managing access requests.
- Experience tracking requests and building reports to analyze trends and improve efficiencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience in construction, telecommunications, or engineering environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI for building reports and generating insights.
- Understanding of project management concepts and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage high volumes of service requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
