About Us:

Konvy, Thailand’s largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are on the lookout for a results-driven eCommerce Associate to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. If you’re skilled at optimizing product listings, running effective campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, this role lets you take the lead on key eCommerce activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Operations: Maintain the daily marketplace operations, including managing product listings, order fulfillment, and on-brand visuals and written content in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok shop.
• Trackers: Maintain and update trackers for inventory, sales performance, pricing, order fulfillments, and marketplace promotions.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues,and maintaining a positive online shopping experience.
• Promotions & Campaign: Offer insights and execute promotions and campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales.

Qualifications:

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related course with a strong focus on analytics and operations.
• At least a year of professional relevant experience for the Junior Associate position, and at least 3 years for the Senior Associate position.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platform analytics tools (e.g., Lazada, Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Center).
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for building, maintaining, and analyzing detailed eCommerce trackers covering inventory, sales, pricing, and campaign performance.

Nice to haves:

• Background in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, with understanding of product trends, seasonal demand, and consumer preferences.
• Experience in digital marketing or online campaign management specific to marketplace platforms.
