Job Description
Magic 8 and 8 Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to provide administrative support to our Human Resources Department. This position involves assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits. The HR Officer will ensure smooth HR operations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and recruitment processes.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and handle documentation.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
