Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Assistant to join IPASS Processing. Key responsibilities include initiating exam applications, handling client inquiries, coordinating details, and updating clients. The role involves exam registration, scheduling, and communicating results.
Minimum requirements are a 4-year degree in Business or equivalent (High School graduates welcome), customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy. Candidates must work onsite in Davao City and undergo a 15-day training.
This is a full-time position with a salary of Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month, offering health insurance and paid training.
