Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corp is seeking a passionate and skilled Recruitment Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any business-related field, with over a year of experience in talent acquisition. Candidates should be well-versed in full-cycle recruiting, hiring practices, and possess hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
We welcome applicants who have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. A background in volume hiring and technical recruitment is a plus.
