Job Description
We’re looking for Pioneer Chat Support Agents to join our growing team at Sapient BPO Hub. Enjoy a stress-free, non-voice role with weekends off and exciting benefits.
Your Role:
- Assist customers via chat and email – no calls required
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong typing and written communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
