Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join Ecolab Philippines, Inc. This role focuses on efficiently processing orders and addressing customer inquiries, ensuring exemplary customer relationships.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Process and receive customer purchase orders for the QSR/Kay Division.
- Prepare sales orders and delivery receipts for all QSR customers.
- Monitor order status and address concerns related to pricing or stock issues.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and maintain organized documentation.
- Advise internal customers of any issues with their orders.
Job Type: Fixed term (24 months)

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
