Job Description
Job Summary:
The Onboard Training Staff is responsible for documenting all shipboard training students and assisting in assessing cadets.
Duties: Assist with student facilitation, maintain documentation, support student requirements, monitor progress, and conduct briefings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marine or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
