Job Description
Join Nestlé as a Distributor Manager, where you will drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include leading the distributor sales leadership team to develop annual business plans and operational strategies that enhance distribution reach and execution standards.
You will be instrumental in driving profitable growth for key customers by modeling the Nestlé Way of Selling and supporting distributor management teams. Additionally, you will provide insights for Category and Channel Plans, as well as deliver training and coaching to enhance distributor sales operations.
