Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to manage all transactions related to ESPI Management Services’ employees assigned to Cabuyao. The ideal candidate will oversee employee manning, supervise work assignments in coordination with the client’s Supervisor, and handle employee complaints.
Key responsibilities include conducting orientations for new hires, checking DTRs, delivering salaries, monitoring employee contracts, and addressing misconduct by reporting to the HR Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 550.00 per day
Schedule: 8-hour shift with overtime
Experience: 1 year preferred
