Job Description
We are seeking a passionate individual to efficiently manage the hotel’s Purchasing Division and procure necessary goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Purchasing department and assist in sourcing at optimal prices.
- Support departments in establishing Purchase Specifications.
- Liaise with users to ensure product and service quality meets requirements.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and resolve departmental issues.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of hotel revenue processes, Opera, Infrasys, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
