Job Description
Join Giordano Philippines (TFB Incorporated) as an E-Commerce Operations Assistant! You will work closely with the E-Commerce Operations Officer to manage our online platforms, contributing to business goals and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include monitoring orders from Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora, processing orders, inventory management, and enhancing user experience. You will also conduct site audits and assist in monitoring sales.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related fields, at least 3 years of E-Commerce experience, basic knowledge of Order Management Systems, and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspace.
