Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Local Home Appliance Account at Orbit Pathway to BPO. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, process warranty claims, and educate customers on product usage.
No experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training. Ideal candidates should have basic computer skills, good verbal and communication skills in English, and a high school diploma.
