Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to enhance our team. This role focuses on process standardization, improvement, and continuous initiatives aimed at boosting operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage process standardization projects for organizational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes.
- Provide training on best practices in process improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred), Green Belt certification, and proven process improvement experience are required.
