Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate records. Key responsibilities include verifying invoices, coding expenses, preparing payments, resolving vendor queries, and supporting month-end close. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
