- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR.
- Assist with recruitment and field sourcing.
- Manage employee information and documentation.
- Prepare contracts and handle employee benefits.
- Coordinate payroll matters and address attendance concerns.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, 1-3 years construction experience preferred, and willingness to work at project locations.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
