Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Supervisor to lead our collections team, manage accounts receivable, and improve recovery processes. The role involves supervising collectors, setting targets, monitoring performance, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with credit, legal, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in debt collection or credit control, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with collection software and MS Excel, and a results-driven mindset.
