Job Description

Accenture is looking for a highly motivated Candidate Source and Screen Associate to join our team. This hybrid position involves prescreening candidates, assessing CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with the Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Prescreening of candidates
• CV assessment
• Interview scheduling
• Coordination with Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (sourcing/CMT)
• Open to undergrads with relevant experience
• Basic Excel knowledge, i.e., simple formulas, pivot tables
