Job Description
Accenture is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service support in line with our service level requirements. Key responsibilities include ensuring call quality, meeting quantitative standards, and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Open to college undergraduates and graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
