Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift | Project Rest Day: Rotation Off
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy of roster data.
- Process access requests in the SRT tool.
- Handle rolls in and off requests in the HB App.
- Send headcount reports.
- Conduct audits and validate operation requests.
- Collaborate with PMO team for calibration.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- RTA or other WFM functions experience.
- Open to college undergraduates with experience.
